You Have Been Slain: An Idle Tragedy
About this game
Headline: Create your multi-class hero. Min-max your gear (or not). Get slain anyway.
You Have Been Slain is an idle RPG where the combat is the whole point. Your hero does the actual fighting, so the game is really about the decisions you make around it: what class combination will you be, what gear you endlessly farm, and what spells will you bring into combat with you. Idle it in the background or manually play it like you would any MMO. You set the pace and decide how you want to play.
Most idle RPGs bury the fighting under twenty trade skills until you drift off to go fishing. This one puts the combat front and center and keeps it there.
Underneath the systems, it's a love letter to the MMOs that asked for your whole life and got it.
Features:
A hero that's yours. Pick 3 of 16 classes and level them to 50. Or level all sixteen, nobody's stopping you. 560 combinations, ten ability slots, and never quite enough inventory. Build the meta or build a Troll Sorcerer / Monk / Ranger. Don't mind the narrator, who doesn't have much of a filter.
Get the old group back together. Steam Friends co-op: you and the people you used to raid with grinding and wiping in the same dungeons, together! Grouping is online only (obviously).
Loot worth chasing. Farm your favorite loot through a merge-and-upgrade economy where every win... gets you a little bit further? Let's be honest, the chase never stops. There's always something better, isn't that the point?
Fights that fight back! Yes, enemies hit you back. That is all. Seriously though, there's some fights you'll need to figure out by utilizing different strategies. Good luck with that! This is the loop, and it's the good part.
Play it your way. Check in when you want, or sit down and manage every fight. As hands-off or hands-on as you feel like today.
Idles while you're gone. Step away, come back to a more loot, more experience and that feeling you get when you've accomplished something truly great!

Your hero fights on its own, so the loot and levels pile up whether you're watching or not. An idle RPG where the combat is the whole point: multi-class your hero across 16 classes, find those rare drops, and group with Steam friends to grind (and wipe) in the same dungeons together.
