You will have to talk with the locals and find out who is human and who isn't, no matter who it is, in the end you will decide who dies, with a gun in hand...At nightfall you will be able to spy on one of the suspects as you avoid the police, watch the news on TV about the worldwide chaos and worm plagues, check yourself in the mirror just in case... and sleep to move on to the next day.
