THE LONG WAY DOWN is a first-person digging action game where you carve your own tunnels all the way, mine valuable minerals, find unique items, and sell your finds to fund upgrades. Drill for oil, refine it into fuel, and keep pushing deeper. The deeper you go, the more demons you have to fight.

You mine valuable minerals, sell what you extract, and upgrade again and again because deeper is the whole point. You drill for oil, refine it into fuel, and keep pushing down. Demons live below and they will try to stop you.
