Drought has devastated the land, the fields are dry and barren, and Prince Rillon knows he can save the world. The problem, as he has discovered in his secret research, is that the Callers are asleep on the job. Whatever these mysterious beings are, the prince is confident that they will restore the weather to normalcy if only they are awakened.
