TEMSHCHIK
About this game
TEMSHCHIK is a cutthroat board game for 2–4 players where classic property-control gameplay collides with a brutal criminal underworld.
No heroes. No fairness. Just money, power, and who breaks first.
You play as the boss of an up-and-coming gang fighting for total control of the city. Buy the streets, extort your rivals, dodge the cops, and turn every bad situation into profit - or get wiped off the board.
What the Game Is About
Own the City
Strip Clubs, Casinos, Trap Houses, Crypto Farms - every location is dirty money waiting to be claimed. Buy properties, upgrade them and turn entire districts into money traps your opponents can’t escape.
Bribes or Consequences
Police raids can hit at any time. Patrol units move across the board, shutting down operations and demanding payment. Land on a Bribe space and you might walk free - assuming you can afford it.
Event Cards That Hurt
There’s no “luck” here. Event cards bring real consequences: jail time, forced payouts, shady deals gone wrong - and sometimes a one-way Ticket to the Asylum. Mistakes are permanent.
No Comebacks
This is not a friendly game. There is only one way to win:
bankrupt everyone else.
If you fall behind, the city will eat you alive.
Style & Atmosphere
Neon lights. Dirty cash. Power and paranoia.
The board is packed with gritty details, the money looks stolen, and every component reinforces the feeling that this city is rotten to the core - and you plan to own it.
Roll the dice. Take the risk.
Either you run the city - or the city runs you.
