Signal Foundry

About this game

Wake up a sleeping refinery

Signal Foundry is a cozy incremental game set on a deep-space station that's been dark for years. You arrive with a flickering scanner and a pile of scrap to your name. From there you rebuild the place piece by piece: find ore, set up the machines that turn it into something useful, and watch a silent floor grow into a refinery that hums along on its own.

It fits how people actually play idle games. Tinker with it for ten minutes on a break, or leave it running and check back later. Your drones keep working while you're gone, and a short welcome-back summary tells you what you missed.

What you'll be doing

  • Scanning for ore veins, each one rolled with a quirk worth cataloguing.
  • Routing ore through drills and silos so the line never backs up.
  • Forging parts and research, then fitting modules to push output higher.
  • Minding the reactor, since everything you automate pulls power and there's only so much to share.
  • Recalibrating for Cores when you're ready to reset, then spending them on permanent upgrades.
  • Following the Deep Signal into a second prestige layer, once you've dug deep enough to find it.

What's inside

  • No microtransactions, no ads, no daily-login pressure. You buy it once and it's yours.
  • Real offline progress, so closing the game never costs you anything.
  • Automation you earn by playing, including auto-buyers and hands-off recalibration.
  • An original 19-track soundtrack that loops while you work, with separate music and effects volume.
  • 30 Steam achievements, Steam Cloud saves, and exportable save codes for your own backups.
  • Number-notation and reduced-flashing options, because the small comforts matter.
