Serra de Deus is a simulation and exploration game with elements of psychological horror. It features a retro aesthetic inspired by the PS1 era. The story takes place in a favela in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

After years of living in the big city, David de Lima decides to return to his hometown of Rio de Janeiro, where he takes over his family's humble hot dog stand.

However, peace doesn’t last long. David soon realizes things have changed—a series of strange murders has occurred, and the more David investigates, the more questions arise; These crimes don’t seem to have been committed by gangs or ordinary criminals, but by something far darker: a mysterious group of cultists.
