Seraphonin is a precision platformer in which the player assumes the role of a nameless seraph, a fragile sticky ball of bundled up wings that cannot yet fly. They must expertly throw themselves through the treacherous caverns, searching for their long lost lord. They may die as many times as they need, as a malignant omnipotent force perpetually negates their eternal rest.
