Run it Back: 90 Days to Race
About this game
90 Days. One Car. One Driver
Run It Back is a text-based racing career sim where every single choice costs you a turn. Work a shift, hit the drag strip, tune the engine, or risk it on the midnight streets — the clock never stops, and the National Championship is coming whether you're ready or not.
Real Physics, Not Dice Rolls
Every drag race runs on a full Newtonian simulation — power, torque, weight, drag, gearing — timestepped down to the tenth of a second. Your car's numbers aren't flavor text. Bolt on the wrong turbo for your build and you'll actually go slower. Get the tune right and feel the difference on the strip.
Build a Driver, Not Just a Car
Seven skills — Nerve, Launch, Shifting, Racing, Discipline, Mechanic, Tuning — grow from what you actually do. Practice sharpens reflexes. A dyno session teaches you to read an engine. A night at the drive-in might teach you something no amount of grinding at the track ever will. There aren't enough days to master everything — every run is defined by what you chose to get good at.
The Street Doesn't Forgive
Wager real cash against a field of NPC racers who'll walk away from a bet they can't cover — or clean you out if you can't cover yours. Win big, or eat a police fine on the way home. Once you're in for the night, you're in.
Your Journal Remembers
Every turn writes itself into a driver's journal — wins, losses, late nights, and the slow climb from a stock engine to something that can actually compete. Flip back through 90 days and watch the story you built.

Post your best quarter-mile time to a live, worldwide leaderboard. One car, one build, one number — and it's yours to beat.
