RE:AKTOR is a metroidvania action platformer where you can roll back time. Find and install drivers to unlock your lost abilities. Run and fight your way through a branching underground facility. Rewind time to beat the clock, and stop a great cataclysm.

No need for backtracking. No need to resume from a checkpoint when you die, potentially losing hours of gameplay. Rewind time at any point if you feel like it. Some things are unaffected by this and you get to keep your upgrades even if you go back. That's how you progress the facility with your very limited time.

You will encounter various enemies. Some are fast, some are tough, and some can even fly. You're fragile, but also immune to blunt force. That means, your best way of fighting is running into them. Use the conveniently shaped pathways in the bunker to build up speed and deal with your enemies. If you mess up don't worry, just rewind to a point where things were going the way you wanted them to.

It's not clear why the facility is going haywire and what happened to everyone in this Soviet-style bunker. You will need to find it out for yourself by exploring the facility. Since the game is built around speed and time travel it has a speedrunner mode for the ones who want a real challenge.
