Railrogue is a cozy roguelike deckbuilder with one satisfying twist: your keyboard is the engine. Type a sentence to fuel the train, then sit back and watch the little wooden locomotive you built go to work — riding the loop, ringing bells, and racking up points on its own. Where you place things and how you order your wagons is the whole game.

Type → Steam → Ride → Score

Every phase deals you three sentence cards. Type your pick and your speed and accuracy become Steam — a distance budget. The train rides the track spending Steam, and stops the instant the next bell costs more than it has left, so the final stretch is always a white-knuckle crawl toward one more ring. Score is Value × Mult, Balatro-style: bells pour on Value, but Mult is rare and precious, so the exponential builds are the ones that stack it.

Three layers of deckbuilding, all clicking into one machine:

• 24 Wagons — each a card with a habit. Order and adjacency are everything.[]16 Track Pieces — bells and gadgets you drop into the loop. Because the train stops mid-lap, where you place them is the puzzle.

• 80 Trinkets — rule-bending shelf cards across six families: Letters, Consist, Track, Tempo, Economy, and Wildcard.

No fast fingers required

Type as fast as you dare for bonus Steam — or hand any sentence to Autopilot and let the conductor take it at a steady pace. It forfeits the speed bonuses but guarantees a floor, so every run is winnable without typing fast. Push your WPM for glory, or play it cozy. Your call.
