To Access
You'll find the fan pack in the game's directory folder. Right click on R.A.T.: Human Error - Episode One in your Library tab, select Properties and click Browse Local Files. The fan pack will be in the folder called R.A.T - Survival Extras.
Survival Extra is a little bonus DLC for those who want to support RAT. It includes illustrations and concept art, a comforting soup recipe, and a personal developer notes book with thoughts, struggles, and behind-the-scenes content.
