Moments before I decided to start developing this tool I was messing around with Europa Universalis 5 modding and I wanted to make a total overhaul mod, turns out one of things that you have to create in order to make a custom map is a province map (or they are known as locations maps in eu5) anyway my conclusion from the experience is there has to be an easier way then hand drawing a 16348 x 8192 location map with over 25000 provinces (The software is capable of generating a province map this large).

This is what 5000 land provinces and 500 water provinces on a 1920 x  1060 sized map. each color is unique, and it saved as an image file, a json and csv file. if you have a feature you want me to add suggest by using my support email (unless I have a discord at some point...).
