Phantasma Hotel is a pixel horror roguelike RPG about being trapped in a cursed hotel that kills you, revives you in filthy bathrooms, and forces you to try again with new scars and knowledge. Explore gloomy corridors in a top-down view, search rooms, solve puzzles, and trigger random tabletop-style events where your stats decide whether you barely survive or break a little more inside.

When nightmares take shape, the game shifts into turn-based first-person battles against maniacs and grotesque creatures, where every move matters. Death is never the end: you resurrect, the layout and events change, and the concierje continues to tighten its grip as you dive deeper into the hotel’s history and your own trauma.

Choose from several flawed protagonists with unique backgrounds, perks, and perspectives on fear, violence, and childhood wounds. Your decisions across multiple runs will determine whether you stay a victim, become a monster, or find something terrifying in between in the 1980s ghost-town atmosphere of Pilgrim City, Virginia.
