About This Playtest

This version is an in-development Alpha 1 build.

It may contain bugs and unfinished or unbalanced elements, but it is intended to give players an early look at the game’s direction and core experience.

Please note that specifications, design, presentation, and balance are subject to change during development.

Graphical and performance optimization is also still in progress, so a certain level of PC hardware may be required to run the game properly.

This Playtest may end without prior notice.

Save data and progress from this Playtest will not carry over to the full release or any future test versions.

Streaming and video uploads are welcome.

About the Game

Love is a force greater than life.

Pathedoll26 is a dark fantasy action game themed around a power transformed by love.

The player becomes Amaris, a doll who was given life in place of a human destined to die — and then died in their stead.

Driven by feelings that continue to burn even after death, Amaris awakens in a graveyard.

“Flame of Love” —

A power born when love reaches its purest form and changes into something else.

Amaris gathers this flame, turns it into butterflies, and manifests them as phantoms.

Is it prayer?

Or is it obsession?

Rejected by the world, love eventually changes its shape.

Amaris must face her own existence — and the final form of love.

Game Features

At the core of Pathedoll26 is a “Cursed swarm action” system, where the player stores, releases, and fights with the power of love as a group.

“Flame of Love (FOL)” accumulates during battle, transforms into butterflies, and manifests as phantoms through prayer.

The player commands these phantoms to surround, break, and overwhelm enemies.

You do not fight alone.

You gather love and break your enemies as a swarm.

That is the combat of Pathedoll26.
