About this game

NOSTRA will be playable for the very first time at gamescom 2026 in Cologne, August 26-30, in the indie hall. The demo is exclusive to the show floor. Come by, take up the sword, and be among the first to ever set foot in Nostra.

Nostra is an island continent, ringed by an ocean from which no ship has ever returned. Upon it stand three kingdoms, holding an uneasy peace, each proud, each wary, each certain the others will break it first. Marble cities, mountain holds, harbor markets: a world worth protecting, and worth fearing for.
Beneath the politics, something older has begun to stir. Portals open where they should not. Gentle creatures turn. The old peace is thinner than anyone wants to admit.
You begin far from all of it, in a village that has never mattered to anyone. Where the road takes you, and what you become along the way, is yours to find out.

A custom battle system built around Boost, Ward shields and Runic Power, where Action Sequences choreograph every strike. Position, timing and resources decide the fight, not grinding. And a battle camera frames every encounter like a scene from a film.

A dynamic day and night cycle with atmospheric lighting. Spatial audio that places every sound around you. Weather that rolls over the land, and footsteps that answer the ground beneath you. Nostra is a world that reacts, down to the smallest detail.
