Yamazato Elementary School, Chiba Prefecture

A teacher assigned to night duty patrols the school while recording events in a log.
However, subtle inconsistencies begin to appear in what should be a familiar environment.

Records that increase.
Footsteps that disappear.
Classrooms where no one should be.

— Even so, the log must be written.
