ROTTING WORLD

The story of MOULD unfolds in an alternative industrial version of the Soviet Union at the end of the 1940s. There was no World War II; construction sites are bustling across the USSR, and scientists are diligently working on creating steel builders for a bright future. At one of the mining enterprises, miners come across something unimaginable, and humanity faces a deadly threat. From the depths emerges a parasite — a creature capable of controlling living organisms, gradually devouring them from within. As it reproduces, it begins to alter the environment, making it more comfortable for itself but unbearable for the planet’s ordinary inhabitants.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

The parasite constantly observes every action of the hero. If all enemies are not eliminated on the arena before the alarm signal reaches the parasite, the next battle will be much harder: the number of enemies will increase, and their characteristics will become stronger.

You will explore a vast region divided into different areas. In each, you must investigate the territory while fighting off the infection. To uncover the secrets of what’s happening, look for worker notes and carefully examine your surroundings.
