Line Tower Wars
About this game
Line Tower Wars is a lane-defense strategy game based on the classic custom-map formula. Every player defends their own lane. You attack by sending creeps — they skip your lane and march down everyone else's. Gold goes to either towers or sends, and balancing the two is the core of the game.
Ten tower elements, plus combined elements forged from pairs. Wall off your lane, build a maze, and promote walls into towers as the waves grow. Sends range from cheap fodder to drain a defender's gold, to flyers that ignore mazes, to siege creeps that stop and destroy towers. Killing a sent creep pays the defender a bounty, so bad sends fund your opponent.
Your champion walks the lane and constructs each building by hand. Last player with a life remaining wins.
Modes:
1v1 online versus through Steam lobbies — public or friends-only, with overlay invites. Cross-platform between Mac and Windows. Both machines run the same deterministic simulation; a desynced match is voided instead of continued.
Grand Melee: free-for-all against up to five bots, three difficulty levels.
The Gauntlet: single-player roguelite climb. Four biomes, ascension ranks, relics, and a rival that scales with you.
Text chat in lobby and in match, filtered through Steam's text filter.

A standalone version of the classic lane-wars custom map. Defend your lane with a maze of elemental towers and send creeps at everyone else. Single-player roguelite gauntlet, bot skirmishes up to six players, and 1v1 online through Steam. Mac and Windows cross-platform.
