Lettuce Fish
About this game
![]()
All the vegetables have been banished into the lakes and magically turned into aquatic creatures.
The four orbs that used to protect the land now rest in the bellies of four leviathan beasts, dwelling in the depths of the four fishing grounds.
Now it is up to The Caster, schooled in the arts of Arcane Angling, to retrieve them.
Ready to face this dire situation, he grabs his trusty fishing rod and sets out, speaking but two words: Lettuce Fish.

The Hook
This is The Caster's magic of choice. He can control and move him in every direction. If he wants he can also increase its speed, but then of course you risk hitting a fish too early, while your multiplier is still low.

A long way down
The Line:
How far you can get depends on the length of your fishing line. Bubbles with extra line can be found on the way. But your main increase will come from upgrades you will be able to buy.
Depth:
A depth counter will show how deep you have gotten.
The Multiplier:
The deeper you venture into the lake, the higher your multiplier will be, thus increasing the Veglar (currency for upgrades) you will earn.
For this to go up, both the length of fishing line used and reached depth are important.
Think of this game rather like an "Evasion Game", as it will bring in way more Veglar if you catch something from deep in the lake, which brings us to...
The Darkness
Not much sunlight makes it down into the depths. Even thought, at first, many Light Plants help to illuminate your way, less and less of them will grow the deeper you go. Luckily, the hook has its own Light Aura due to a spell The Caster infused it with. The radius can be improved over the course of the game through unlocking upgrades, but maybe you also find something useful on your way?

The Catch
Once The Hook touches a Veggie Fish, you can try to catch it. Here, one of many timed minigames will start, putting your skills to the test. But be careful! If your hook doesn't land, you will not get any points for your attempt and have to cast out anew. (Not to worry though, you will keep Veglar and Fleed you've collected on your way)
What are Fleed? Think of them as Fl(oating S)eed. As to what they are used for: Well, this will be a little surprise! :)
