[World]

In the late Joseon era, Western paintings became popular across the land. However, the creatures sealed inside these paintings began to awaken and attack nearby villages. Behind this chaos was Yuyahheukgun, a sorcerer from Qing China who sought to plunge Joseon into disorder and rule it by using the power of Western art.

To stop him and protect the people, Jeon Woo-chi, the greatest Taoist sorcerer of Joseon, set out on his journey. But after being defeated by Yuyahheukgun’s overwhelming magic, he becomes trapped inside the world of the paintings.

[Taoist Arts]

Jeon Woo-chi uses various Taoist abilities—illusion magic, clone techniques, and instant-step movement—to defeat his enemies.

  • Illusion: Casts an illusion on enemies, causing them to fight each other.

  •  Clone Technique: Summons a clone identical to Jeon Woo-chi to assist in battle.

  • Instant Step: Dodges an enemy’s attack and instantly appears in front of them to strike.

[Action]

Use parries and perfect dodges to defeat your foes and enjoy stylish execution moves.

[2D]

During combat, Jeon Woo-chi can enter the world inside the painting and engage in 2D side-scrolling combat. Seamlessly switch between 2D and 3D for a unique and dynamic combat experience.

[Content]

As Jeon Woo-chi explores a total of four maps, he must defeat the monsters that dwell within the world inside the paintings and solve the puzzles scattered throughout each area to progress.
