Anyone can play solo or together for the first ~2 hours of play. But if at least one of you owns the full game you can play indefinitely! *Note: make a &quot;Ribbit Request&quot; (meaning, a &quot;Join Code&quot;) to be able to join in the same game session together. If your demo runs out, do not worry - after you purchase the base game you can continue where you left off.
