GRIDBUSTERS
About this game
What Is It?
A logic deduction game where you investigate mysteries using two interlocking puzzle styles — reading a cast of characters on a grid and arranging them to expose the truth. Every level is a scene. Every scene has a solution. No guessing, no luck.
Core Loop
Study the grid — A scene unfolds as a cast of partially hidden characters. Clues describe relationships between neighbors, roles, and positions.
Deduce, don't guess — Each correct deduction reveals adjacent characters and new clues, cascading toward the solution.
Seat the suspects — Some scenes require physically arranging people to satisfy everyone's preferences and constraints before the truth can be revealed.
Crack the case — Every puzzle is solver-verified and fully deducible from the information given.
Key Features
49 Clue Types — From neighbor counts and profession patterns to row parity, corridor comparisons, conditional logic, and corner geometry. No two puzzles feel the same.
Progressive Reveal — The board unfolds as you reason correctly. Unlock the full picture one deduction at a time.
Neighbor Logic — Clues reference the characters around each person. Spatial thinking is your primary weapon.
Drag-and-Drop Seating — Physically swap suspects between seats with live constraint feedback as you go.
Multi-Layer Rounds — Scenarios chain across multiple seating rounds; solve one arrangement to unlock the next.
Story-Embedded Puzzles — Each puzzle is a scene in a larger narrative: heists, museum galleries, carnivals, parades.
No Luck. All Logic. — Every puzzle has exactly one solution, deducible from the given clues.
