Dwarf Eats Mountain Demo
About this game
Dwarf Eats Mountain is a strategic incremental mining game about devouring mountains for gold. Hire dwarves, deploy war machines, and collect powerful artifacts to build absurd synergies and grow faster each run.
Hurting the mountain physically (and emotionally) is only half the battle—you still have to safely haul the gold home. That perilous job falls to the Runners, who weave through falling rocks, risking their beards to feed the Great Maw!
But beware—the Great Mother won’t give up her treasure easily. The more damage your greedy dwarves deal to the mountain, the more calamities it unleashes upon the wobbling beards below!
Balance mining with hauling your gold home—before the sky falls on your head.
Master the dwarven ways of treasure extraction!
This game is about making numbers go up, but the way you do that is open to your interpretation and ingenuity. At your fingertips:
Many buildings and dwarves, each with various strengths and weaknesses, such as dynamite throwers, ballistas, flamers, laser cannons, spelunkers, runesmiths, alelords, bulldozers, gyrocopters and more!
Acquire countless upgrades and cast active rituals to buff your dwarves and their machines
Collect 100+ ancient artifacts and display them in your gallery, each with build-shaping effects
Unlock 90+ prestige upgrades to replay, accelerate progress, and discover new synergies
Spend rare resources like mithril and mountain souls on tough choices
Uncover what the gods have hidden beneath the world spire—and what happened to those who dug too deep
Demo Content
This demo shows a lot of the core game content. You can reach the first end goal at level 50, which is achievable in up to 1-3 hours. The full game will expand the end goals to level 100+ and add more bosses, damage/prestige-checks, objectives and content. However, in the demo you can keep playing endlessly after level 50, and to experience all the demo content it can easily take you dozens and dozens of hours.
Demo has 10 types of buildings which produce 12~ types of dwarves. Each building has on average around 14 upgrades. The full game will have at least 3 more buildings and 5 more types of dwarves. As well as more upgrades and tiers. (Some of these are already teased in the demo but aren't purchasable.)
Demo has 83 artifacts and 70 tiered prestige upgrades. The full game will have many more.
Demo has around 22 calamities and 5 monster dens. The full game will have many more, including bosses.
The full game will have steam achievements and hopefully as much language localization as possible.

Dwarves hunger for gold, and no mountain shall stand in their way! Mine riches, unearth artifacts, and upgrade your dwarves to devour ever-bigger peaks in this whimsical incremental game.
