Incident Report: Dark Observations is a first-person bodycam psychological horror game about entering a haunted mansion, uncovering the truth, and surviving what that truth awakens.

You play as Lydia, a field investigator sent to the Reid residence to document a worsening paranormal case. Armed with a bodycam, field equipment, and a fragile connection to Dispatch, you’ll search the mansion for hidden evidence, recover recorded fragments, and piece together what happened inside. But you are not the first investigator sent into the house—and something happened to the last one.

Dispatch remains your only connection to the outside world, monitoring your live feed as the investigation unfolds. As the signal degrades and the house begins to push back, even that connection starts to feel unreliable.

But every discovery comes at a cost.

Evidence can only be activated inside Safe Rooms, the only places where you are truly safe. There, recovered media and recorded fragments can be reviewed to push the investigation forward. Each answer reveals more of the truth—but every discovery gives the darkness in the house more power. Safe Rooms protect you physically, but they do not stop the consequences of what you choose to uncover.

Inside the mansion, every decision pulls you deeper toward answers buried in the walls, or consequences you don’t yet understand. Push forward to uncover new evidence, or find your way back to a Safe Room, review what you found, and decide whether the next answer is worth the risk. The more you uncover, the more dangerous the investigation becomes.

Dark Observations is about pushing deeper into the unknown, knowing every discovery may bring you closer to the truth—and closer to something far worse.
