Black Ledger: The Antique Mafia
About this game
Black Ledger is a story-driven management game where you run an antique shop by day and a criminal network by night.
After your father's death, you arrive in New Haven. What's left of him is an old antique shop, a list of unanswered questions, and a black ledger.
Wealth is not the goal here. The question is how far you're willing to go for revenge — and what you're willing to lose along the way.

When morning comes
The shop is your livelihood and the face you show the city. Each day, customers arrive with items of their own heirlooms, oddities, things they shouldn't have. You inspect, appraise, haggle, and decide what's worth taking.
Every piece has its own value, condition, rarity, and risk. Some are clean. Others are hot enough to bring trouble through your door.
As your shop grows, you'll display more, attract better clientele, and find safer ways to keep what's truly valuable off the open floor.

When darkness falls
The same people who help you in the shop have other work after sundown. Each crew member has their own skills, passive traits, and loyalty, a different reason for being here.
At night, you choose jobs from the board and send the right people for the job. Robberies, intelligence work, fencing operations, protection contracts, and rescues can bring back money, goods, information.
A successful run pays. A failed one costs injuries, lost days, rising suspicion, and opportunities that won't come around again.

Features
Run an antique shop
Buy from customers, appraise, negotiate hard, and find costs and what someone will pay for it.
A living item economy
Jewelry, weapons, artworks, religious pieces, palace relics — every item carries its own rarity, condition, risk profile, and potential payout.
Read your customers
Amateurs, experts, fortune-hunters, and informants don't bargain the same way. Knowing who you're sitting across from is half the deal.
Build and run a crew
Recruit members with distinct abilities, develop their skills, assign them to the work that suits them, and keep them loyal. Lose their trust and you'll find out what they were really capable of.
A mission system with weight
Robberies, intelligence jobs, fencing, protection, rescues, and the occasional good turn. Each carries its own rewards and consequences.
A choice-driven story
Revenge. Forgiveness. Power. Escape. Your decisions shape who your character becomes and where the story ends.

Run an antique shop during the day. Lead a criminal organization at night. Maintain a balance between profit, loyalty, and suspicion... Every choice has consequences.
