A TERRITORY BATTLE FOUGHT WITH LINES

Think your way through a tangle of lines, and recolor the board every time you make a move. Lines can be neutral or belong to a player. You score points based on the lines you control, competing against up to three opponents. Steal and slash the lines of your opponents, or try to boost your own score with a loop. You might even manage to do all that on the same turn.

HOW TO PLAY

Place pieces with lines on them - some yours, some neutral.

Convert lines by connecting them to your own. Converting an opponent's lines is harder than converting neutral lines.

Score points for each line you own. Get bonuses for loops and having the longest line.

Twist tiles already on the board. Use this to make loops or break opponents' lines - but you can't place a piece that turn.

STAY ON YOUR TOES

With every line up for grabs, you must spot opportunities before your opponents do! Scores can change fast, and a clever capture or blocking action can completely turn the game around.

SET YOUR OWN CHALLENGE

Play casual games or true brain-breakers. The full version offers three board sizes and 7 AI levels - from Beginner to Grand Master - for a wide range of difficulty. If that's not enough control for you, set the AI to 'Adaptive' to play at your exact skill level!

The demo version has three AI levels and no Adaptive AI.

RELAX WITH PUZZLE MODE

Don't feel like competing? Battle-Lines has a special Puzzle Mode where you just figure out how to place pieces efficiently. For a bit of extra challenge, there's a Time Trial as well.
