Banana Republic
About this game
Survive a tense, thrilling environment
You play as a cop on a daring rescue mission gone awry, leaving you to face a palace chock-full of armed rebels and hostages to rescue. What do you have? Hostages to rescue, limited ammunition, and not enough time. No pressure.
Talk, eavesdrop, and if need be, shoot your way to victory
Choosing stealth offers the chance to listen in on rebels to learn about their tactics and their objectives. Better yet, you can learn a lot about the siege by speaking to the hostages you rescue. But, when words won’t exactly save you from a barrel pointed at your chest, you can always be the one to shoot first.
Be challenged to think before choosing your targets
Nobody will have your back. Nobody can be trusted. The one thing uniting everybody in the palace is a penchant for being an unreliable narrator. Untangle this web of friend and foe, and you’ll untangle the mystery at the heart of the game.
Discover the truth
As you traverse through the palace, you can uncover evidence that will shift your views and cast who you trusted and who you believed in into question, eventually culminating in a powerful, morally-driven decision.
Play through events inspired by a real historical event
Banana Republic is inspired by the Palace of Justice Siege in Colombia in 1985.

A narrative-driven FPS that puts you in the shoes of a regular soldier during the takeover of the Supreme Court of The Banana Republic.
