About this game

A long time ago, this world sang. The Noise sings over it now. Under the dunes and the dust, a faint melody survives — patient, waiting to be heard again.

You're a small recorder robot, and they're your flock—sheep-like creatures crossing a post-apocalyptic land of dunes, ruins, and stranger life. You're here to listen, to bring this world back sound by sound, and to lead the flock home.

Baacadia is a unique puzzle exploration game built around sound.

Sound is your only tool. Capture what the world still keeps — a tone in the wind, a stirring of buried machinery, a call from something you'll never see — and play it back where it might matter. Sound is how the Clofen know you. Play them what they recognize and they come. The world itself answers in its own way: long-still places stir, hidden routes open, pieces of the old melody return.

The world hasn't sung in a long time. Together, sound by sound, you give it its voice back.

What you'll do

  • Record. Replay. Restore. Build a library of sounds and use them to wake what the Noise put to sleep.

  • Shepherd a flock that knows you by sound. Play the Clofen what they recognize and they follow.

  • Explore an open, ink-lined world. No quest markers, no objective text, no hand-holding. Stone, ruin, and stranger life.

  • No fail states, no timers. Move at the pace of your flock.

  • Uncover what was silenced. Piece the old melody back together, one echo at a time.

The melody is still here, faint under everything. The flock is still listening. You can be there when the world sings again.

Baacadia

Scout doesn't speak. Neither do the Clofen. You're a recorder robot, and they're your flock. Shepherd them across a post-apocalyptic desert with one tool: Record and Replay. Capture ambient sounds, play them back—the world reacts. Bring them home through bold, stylish landscapes.
