Mouse Right Click on board to open radial menu
Mouse Left Click on radial menu item to settle
Press Mouse Left Button and drag to move item around
Click on item to selected it
For number and belt, properties will show on the bottom panel for you to change the number/direction
To remove item, select it and press 'Delete' key
