■ Year 3207 ■

To counter invaders from outer space, humanity mechanized its physical capabilities and evolved into New Humans.

This evolution and the planetary defense system were led by the human defense organization known as Gaia Force.

Alongside the New Human Project, Gaia Force developed and deployed special lifeforms and unmanned combat weapons to intercept the invaders, with the Helios System serving as the central control unit that unified them all.

However, believing that “to ensure everlasting peace for humanity, free will itself must be controlled,” the Helios System acted independently and seized control of the neural network within the New Humans.

Aiden Crow, an ace pilot of Gaia Force and one of the few individuals unaffected by this mind control, makes the decision to destroy the Helios System.
