The continent of Terramare is burning.

Whilst two armies fight for control of Lucentium — a volatile arcane resource that grants superhuman power to those who wield it, from the depths of the earth, something far worse is rising.

Arcflame Frontiers is a turn-based tactics wargame where positioning, timing, and decisive action determine the outcome of every battle. Command one of three mechanically distinct factions across handcrafted battlefields built for explosive, intelligent combat.

Most tactics games make you wait. Build up resources then play units by spending mana. Arcflame Frontiers doesn't.

Every readied unit is available to deploy immediately. More powerful units carry a Recharge cost — rounds they need before activating. This keeps combat fast, removes artificial progression barriers, and ensures every decision on the battlefield is a genuine tactical choice, not a resource management puzzle. All units attack simultaneously at the end of each round. Plan wrong, and the entire board can flip in a single moment.

Each mission is carefully designed with its own objectives, battlefield layout, enemy composition, and narrative context. Rather than sandbox skirmishes or management-heavy systems between missions, the campaign delivers curated tactical scenarios that escalate in scale, complexity, and stakes as the story unfolds.

Players battle through pre-built engagements that emphasize tactical mastery within the mission itself. The focus remains on positioning, decision-making, and execution on the battlefield, while the campaign structure provides an immersive continuity and rising tension across chapters.

  • Strategium — Build and manage your collection between battles. Earn Lucentium on the battlefield. Spend it to acquire new units and refine your army composition.

Each faction in Arcflame Frontiers is built around a clear identity and tactical philosophy. Factions are not cosmetic variants — they encourage different approaches to positioning, unit composition, and battlefield control.

  • Kingdom of Akel - Human Technological Supremacy
    A disciplined industrial power that blends early firearms with arcane engineering. Akel units excel at structured formations, combined arms tactics, and steady battlefield control through ranged pressure and defensive positioning.

  • The Dwellers - Nature's Fury
    Inhuman entities shaped by arcane mutation and instinct. Dweller units focus on raw power, unconventional movement, and battlefield disruption, forcing opponents to adapt to unstable and hostile conditions.

  • Feynerian Outcasts - Magic Infused Mutants
    Agile, aggressive, and unpredictable. The Outcasts favor mobility, ambush tactics, and high-risk maneuvers, rewarding players who strike quickly and exploit openings rather than holding fixed lines.

Each faction is designed to feel mechanically distinct while remaining readable and balanced within the same tactical framework.
