Aces of Thunder - Hurricane Mk IV
About this game
The Hurricane Mk.IV was a ground-attack variant of the single-engine Hawker Hurricane fighter. In the spring of 1943, the Hurricane Mk.IV entered service with the Royal Air Force. Its main distinguishing feature was a newly designed wing.
The aircraft's forward-firing armament consisted of two 7.7 mm Browning machine guns. For external armament, it could carry either eight RP-3 rockets, two 40 mm Vickers S automatic cannons, or be equipped with 250- or 500-pound bombs.
